General Information

Dawn’s Gem apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of 7 Church Square, Whitby. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, with handrails.

The apartment has been awared a 3 star rating by Visit England: "Good level of quality and comfort " 

Arrival/departure times. To give us time to prepare the apartment we ask that guests arrive at the property after 15:00 on the arrival date and must leave by 10:00 on the departure date.

Parking. Permits are provided to allow guests to park for free on the streets around the property. Usually there are spaces for guests to park close to the property.

Keys are left in a combination box by the front door to allow guests to let themselves in.

Heating. The apartment is fully central heated, all gas and electric used is included in the rental price.

Dogs. We are happy for guests to bring a dog with them. But ask they are not left alone in the apartment, and are kept off the furniture.

Linen and towels. Quality bed linen and towels are included.

A welcome pack of wine, milk, teas, coffees, and biscuits is provided.

A Guest Information folder provides guests with all they need to know about the apartment, appliance instructions, things to do in Whitby and local information and maps.
