I would definitely recommend Dawn's Gem. It is in a great location and great for our family of three. There are a lot of stairs up to the flat so need to be able to manage these but otherwise overall a great place to stay. The views are fabulous. Looking forward to our visit next year. Aug 2023

Had a fantastic stay, the apartment is well situated within walking distance to the centre of Whitby,.The apartment was clean and had every thing we needed with a lovely welcome pack, i will certainly be back. April 2022
Superb apartment, well situated for exploring both Whitby's old town and the beach. Also close to both Pannett Park and the start of the Cinder track to Robin Hood's Bay and Scarborough and local bus routes for exploring the Cleveland Way further up the coast. April 2022
A beautiful immaculately clean and cosy apartment. With a cracking view over the north bay. We've stayed in Whitby many many times and Dawn's Gem is the nicest place we've ever stayed. Jan 2022

Dawn’s Cottage was perfect for us although I expect if you have mobility problems it wouldn’t suit as it’s on the second floor. Other than that it was really comfortable, well equipped and convenient for us. We had a great 5 nights there. Dec 2020

Had a fantastic few days in Whitby, weather was good accommodation was very good, everything you could possibly need. Very clean and well equipped. Tony was very helpful, would definitely go back. Only down side was the double bed had a wooden bottom and my partner is 6ft 6 so not long enough for him but we managed. Aug 2020
